Federal officials raided Sean “Diddy” Combs's Los Angeles and Miami properties, prompting 50 Cent's social media response.
Fox 11 originally reported on Monday 25 March that Homeland Security raided both of Diddy's homes “in connection with a federal trafficking investigation”.
It remained uncertain as to whether or not Diddy was present at the scene.
50 Cent commented on Instagram, showing Fox 11's live news coverage of Diddy's Los Angeles house raid, where his kids King and Justin Combs were handcuffed.
Homeland Security stated: “Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation with assistance from HSI Los Angeles...
...HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners.
More information will be provided when it becomes available.”
The rapper and music mogul, who helped launch Biggie Smalls, Usher, and Mary J Blige, has been sued several times in the past six months, including for assault.
