Spotify reported that the "Texas Hold 'Em" singer's new album became the "most-streamed album in a single day in 2024 so far" after it was released.
Spotify posted on Instagram, saying, "This is also the first time a country album holds the title this year."
Additionally, Cowboy Carter "marks Beyoncé's biggest album debut" on Amazon Music, "with the most first-day global streams of all her albums

Beyoncé released Cowboy Carter, her ninth studio album. Miley Cyrus, Post Malone, Rhiannon Giddens, Stevie Wonder, Nile Rodgers, Raye, Ryan Beatty, and Jon Batiste are among the artists with whom she collaborated.
Along with a cover of "Jolene," Linda Martell, and Willie Nelson, the album honors Dolly Parton.
