A rare Michael Jordan card is currently the most costly.
The Goldin 100 auction ended Saturday. A 2003-04 Upper Deck Ultimate Collection autographed Jordan Logoman card sold for $2,928,000 at the auction.
Goldin claims that is a Jordan card record. The previous record was $2.7 million for a 1997-98 Upper Deck Michael Jordan Game Jerseys card with a game-worn patch and autograph. In 2021, Goldin sold it again.
Honestly, the sale price wasn't surprising. Since COVID-19, the sports....
...card market has dropped, but high-end and top athlete products continue to climb in price.
During the bidding, Goldin auctions founder and CEO Ken Goldin said....
...they expected the card to sell for $3 million. The "Holy Grail" of Michael Jordan cards, according to Goldin.
With its outrageous pricing, the one-of-a-kind Jordan card stood up to its name.
