Taylor Sheridan's ‘6666’ Season 1: Updated Info (November 2023)
Taylor Sheridan shows, notably Yellowstone spinoffs on Paramount+, have helped the Paramount Network flourish.
Two more spinoffs, 1883 and 1923, have released seasons, with the latter getting a second run.
1944, 2024, and 6666, a more exciting series, will also appear. Could some of these programmes air before Yellowstone's finale? Never say never, and Kevin Costner's exit has changed everything.
The following information has been released regarding 6666, which will broadcast on Paramount+ and potentially elsewhere, like 1923 on Comedy Central (a Paramount property).
This Yellowstone offshoot seems most likely to touch Sheridan. Possibly because he can call the area home in real life. Sheridan just acquired the real-life 6666 Ranch, which inspired 6666.
The property is as large as two Chicagos, and 1923 filmed sequences there. Sheridan may also hold cowboy camps near Guthrie, Texas. The “Four Sixes” property was named after a herd of cattle bought when the company launched.
Sheridan is a prolific writer and may write most of the screenplays. Only he knows the series' tone, but it will likely be a soap-opera like Yellowstone.
Fictional cowboys modelled on Sheridan's ranching expertise will govern, and the camp spurred Beth Dutton to “to start selling Yellowstone-branded beef.” Since 6666 is a brand, the storylines are unlimited.
