USA Gymnastics' Paris Olympics Uniforms Draw Attention

USA Gymnastics is buzzing ahead of the 2024 Olympics. The women's squad will include four-time gold champion Simone Biles,

Suni Lee, Jade Carey, Hezley Rivera, Jordan Chiles, and alternates Leanne Wong and Joscelyn Roberson.

We're excited to see their beam and floor mat skills, but their blinged-out suits, which debuted on "TODAY" on July 10, will be the focus.

The video showed the gymnastics team opening their gear, which had a block of blue stars on one chest and arm and a red-striped bodice.

Swarovski crystals were the highlight of the GK Elite fit. The club has seven other designs with around 47,000 crystals on all eight outfits.

Jeanne Diaz, the brand's design director, anticipated the glittering suits' popularity. GK Elite executive Matt Cowan said, "Everybody looks to Team U.S.A. and says,

I want to look like that — I want to sparkle like that.'" "The more crystals, the more impact, the more the leotards are talked about," she told The New York Times He's right—some Today show hosts got Team USA jerseys the day after the leotards were released.

A first look at Team USA Gymnastics' leotards makes us excited to watch them on TV or in Paris. Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb wanted one after witnessing the athletes unveil theirs, and while they didn't acquire perfect duplicates, they were happy with theirs.
